About the event
We invite you to a crucial discussion on the intersection of biblical scripture and human sexuality within the church. This conversation will explore how traditional teachings impact believers and how we can foster a more supportive and healing church environment.
Our goal is to have a multi-denominational gathering to discuss the ways the Bible positively refers to sex and it’s ability to strengthen the marital bond.
Our speaker Liz Millican RP has a background in Christian theology including but not limited to Roman Catholic, Baptist and Evangelical denominations. Liz also has training as a clinical counselor who provides sex therapy. Her community engagement has uncovered common issues that arise from the way sex is discussed in Christian communities.
